Shipping:
- We offer world wide international shipping, and orders will normally be processed and shipped out within 2 business days of the order being placed.
Standard Mail:
- Estimated delivery is 7 to 16 business days.
- Minimal/restricted online tracking info available for some countries.
Express Mail:
- Estimated Delivery is 4 to 8 business days.
- Online tracking available for most countries.
Shipping Cost:
- You are able to see your orders estimated shipping cost on the shopping cart page and the exact shipping cost during the checkout procedure.
Shipment Tracking:
- A shipping confirmation e-mail including the tracking number for your package is sent to you by email once the order has been shipped out. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account using your email address and password. The package will be delivered by your country's official postal service who usually also will offer an online tracking tool on their website. More Info...
*Standard mail have limited online tracking information available during transit, if fast delivery and tracking info is required we recommend that you choose the "Express Mail" shipping option during checkout.
Damaged Shipments:
- Inspect the shipping container(s) upon delivery. If damage is evident, have the Freight Agent make note of the condition. Open your order immediately and check the contents against your enclosed invoice. Any claim for damaged or missing merchandise must be filed within five (5) days. Save the container(s) that the shipment arrived in.
Refused Shipments:
- DO NOT refuse shipments as this results in unnecessary shipping and handling charges. Accept the shipment and Contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. All refused shipments will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Local Country Taxes/Fees:
- The recipient are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Aclubwear Europa is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order.
Return Shipments:
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return unused items or clothes in their original condition with tags attached within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To instigate a return and to get issued a RMA returns number for the item(s) you wish to return complete the Online Product Returns Request Form
